The diffusion vacuum pump from the Vacma brand VDP-400 is a high-vacuum pump with a speed of action of 7200 l/s and is used in conjunction with an oil pre-vacuum pump. The pre-vacuum pump is necessary for pre-pumping and for foring the pumped gas from the outlet pipe of the diffusion vacuum pump. As a rule, the VDP-400 diffusion pump is used with an integrated trap or an water flow trap, which reduce the reverse flow of working fluid vapors into the pumped volume.
